Simone Rocha offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all full-priced items provided they are in original, unworn condition with all security tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and certain delicate accessories are non-returnable unless faulty.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the pre-paid DHL return label provided with your original order to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous tracking labels are covered.

Drop-off or Collection

Deliver your package to the nearest authorized DHL service point or schedule a complimentary courier collection through the DHL website.
